Make Your Own Sunshine ~ Drunken Stampers #142

It's time for the new weekly challenge at Drunken Stampers!  # 142 is open for business:

As the lady says, use London as your inspiration or use the colors red, white, and blue.

You have until next Friday to enter.  Play along and you could be our next Life of the Party!

About the card:
I don't know if London is rainy, but I decided to use this image and sentiment from for my main image.  I thought she looked like she could be in London.  The stamp is from the Uptown Girls line at Stamping Bella.  I colored her with Prismacolor pencils, and I found my coloring skills to be rusty!  The rain drops were made with a Prima stencil and Art Anthology paint. The London back ground was from hfcSupplies on Etsy and I placed it on computer patterned paper freebie from 7 Dots Studio from their "Messy Head" line.

Thanks for taking a look!

This is PERFECT for this week's challenge! That background looks amazing, and I love the red, white and blue twine for the tag. P.S. Those are your "rusty" colouring skills??? :P
